Shipping and Payments

All Eyewear sales are processed and packed and shipped within 24 business hours of receiving confirmation of your successful payment.  All orders placed after hours, on weekends or Australian Public Holidays will be processed and packed the following business day.

During high peak seasonal periods ( Mid Year Sales, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Easter, Christmas / New Years holiday season) there may be processing delays to shipping your order.  During these peak seasons and shopping times, slight delays are unavoidable. If you require any of our products before a special event or date, please select the Express Service to expedite your order once we process your order.  SS Eyewear is not responsible for the mail delivery pace once it leaves our possession.

Final order payments may be occasionally delayed due to bank or credit union processing complications or technical difficulties, which SS Eyewear cannot be held accountable for. Unfortunately, your order will not be processed and shipped until payment has been received and cleared.  Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
